Okay, we need some explanation here. These are not the final character designs. (Though I suppose it might be kind of cute if they were... :) These are just quick little sketches to remind myself what I was thinking of at the time. I'll be creating these characters in a style perhaps 50% of the way between what you see here, and a "kind of stylized, kind of realistic" style.
Yup. Whatever that means!
The image used for the banner at the top of this page is a Photoshop mockup that gives an idea of what the characters look like standing in the corridor set. The full version is viewable in the Corridor Page as image “190a.”
The feel I'm aiming for in terms of eventual facial design is somewhere around here:
